Arrah Ford, FNP-C
Dr. Johnson, MD, MSc, FAAFP graduated from East Tennessee State University with a specialization in Family Medicine with a certificate in Surgical Obstetrics in 1993. Prior to that, she received her medical degree from University of South Florida in Tampa, a Masters of Science in Anatomy at University of Western Ontario, Canada, and a Bachelor of Sciences in Anatomy at McGill University, Montreal, Canada. Dr. Johnson is also a Fellow of the Academy of Family Physicians. She has practiced in Monroe County, Tennessee since 1996, focusing on comprehensive family care including obstetrics, pediatrics, inpatient hospital care, geriatrics, and hospice work. She has been medical director of Amedisys Hospice. She is also on clinical faculty as an associate clinical professor at University of Tennessee Department of Family Medicine as well as adjunct clinical faculty at Lincoln Memorial University. She accepts medical students, family medicine residents, nursing students and NP students to teach in her clinic from UT, ETSU, and LMU throughout the year.
